This was one strong emotional roller coaster of a romance novel. I absolutely adored it even though it made me cry numerous time.

How can one choose which character to love the most. I absolutely cannot I adored them both equally for varying reasons.

Evan the war scarred hero returned home after his brother and father die with a mission to save his friends sister from her misery and fortune hunters after her dowry. He is the epitimy of a knight in shining armor.

Rowena but Ro for short is such a strong happy mischevious woman. She spent her childhood with Evan at her side best friends trouble makers. She is stuck watching her dearest friend doing something that tortures her to her very soul.

These characters are just like romeo and juliet, bound for an incredible love, but suffering through so much pain before they get some happiness.

I just love them if I havnt said so before haha.

This author is definitely one I will be looking for as she is a trul amazingly inspiring writer and deserves so much credit for this and her other amazing novels.
