RELEASE BLITZ & REVIEW: Sin on a Stick (Hotties of Haven) By Jenna Jacob

When Jade Hollis loses her job, she tries to commit hari-kari tequila style. With her head pounding the next morning, it’s hardly the optimal time to discover her live-in lover is a lying cheat. Bruised and dejected, she packs up all her belongings and the remains of her self-esteem, then hits the road. Destination? Who the hell cares. When she ends up beating a fast path down memory lane to Haven, Texas, she comes face-to-face with her high school heartthrob Colton Maddox. The seductive, oh-so-bad boy still zaps her senses like a screwdriver in a two-twenty outlet. But can she trust him and her foolish heart long enough to live out even the most wild of her fantasies… which include happily ever after?

I am a lover of Jenna Jacob books to start off and this one was an amazing Novella short, sweet and sexy as hell. Just damn....

A must read for anyone into romance or erotica or both like me hahaha.

Colton oh my lordy he is quite the sexy ranch owner. At first read you think hes going to be a womanizer because of how Jade talks about him at the beginning but really he is just a love struck guy trying to do the right thing and ends up suffering for it for almost a decade.

Then there is Jade what a colossally scared woman she is. Going through one tragedy after another and just shutting herself down so she doesnt feel the pain n hurt she keeps finding.

Then she ends up going to see Colton her long lost love and he makes her flood gates spill open and all the truth comes out.

Definitely a must read.

RELEASE BLITZ & REVIEW: Batteries Not Included (Leather, Pipes & Passion Series) By Isabella LaPearl

Mazie Carmichael is determined to replace her broken B.O.B and sate her desperate hunger—until she runs into the men responsible for her ache. Eric and Evan Mandel are drop-dead gorgeous bikers and identical twins, not to mention the flesh-and-blood embodiment of her fantasies. But their knowing looks when they see the toy clutched in her shaking hand sparks embarrassment that sends her running. When the seductive brothers offer the kind of hands-on relief mere toys can’t provide, will Mazie find the courage to embrace her needs…or will self-doubt send her scurrying home unfulfilled?

What a great little novella i read it in a few minutes.

This book is not for the faint of heart it is straight and to the erotic point yet still being romantic with how the twins feel about Mazie.

Mazie is pretty striaght forward about how she feels and who she is. Shy and unsure of herself but knowing what it is she wants exactly. A minx as the boys call her.

Oh Evan and Eric twins that know exactly what buttons to push to seduce a woman and how to please her together. But the clincher is unlike any other woman they have met they will soon be falling for her and want to keep her in their life forever, a first for them.

I have to say reading how undone Eric becomes because of her I think he is my favorite.

I have read a few of her novels. I love Isabella LaPearl she really is an amazing author.

REVIEW: Daughter of Ishmael: Promised Land, Broken Heart by Diane Stringham Tolley

Growing up around prophets and prophecies, Hannah and her sisters are excited to be betrothed to sons of Lehi and to journey to the promised land. But now with her people dividing, Hannah must choose between her faith and her family.
Should she follow Nephi again, or stay with her husband, Lemuel, and her
son in sin and misery? This compelling novel tells the familiar scripture story from an illuminating new perspective.

Oh this was an amazing novel. It is not the normal kind of novel I usually read and review. But boy am I glad I did. This book
had he hooked immediately. It is full of so many characters that you end up falling in love with.

Hannah definitely by far my favorite female character of course. She is so strong and faithful just like her father taught her. I have to say she did not end up with the guy I thought she would
and watching her struggle with it throughout the book is just so sad but shows her strength as a woman of the lord.

So many different twisting lines and intrigues are in this book.I love how Hannah struggles with both sides of her family.

Lemuel oh lordy I struggle with his character because at one point i want to murder him then the next moment I see why she loves him so much.

I immediately loved Nephi and I so wanted Hannah and Nephi to end up together. Then you get to know Samuel and oh lordy he is gorgeous and kind and sweet how could you not adore him too so then again I wanted her to be with Samuel.

I think Laman is that character you love to hate and I really did hate him and every conflict him and Hannah had I wanted her to just belt him and get it over with. I know wrong time for doing that.

Absolutely loved this book. I read it in 2 days because I was so hooked and addicted.

Possession (song and shadow) & Illusion (Song and Shadow) By annie oldham

Constance Jerome wants nothing more than to make it through her senior year of high school without being noticed. But when her mother drops the world's biggest bombshell, flying under the radar just isn't in the cards. It turns out Constance is a necromancer-one of the few who can travel the realms of the dead. Apparently it runs in the family. And now there's a threat coming: another necromancer with plans to disturb the living and the dead, and Constance and her mother are the only ones who can stop him. If only they knew who he was. Or what exactly he was up to. A quiet senior year isn't an option, and Constance must race to stop a high school apocalypse before the balance between the living and the dead is overturned.

illusion

Constance Jerome has survived a vampire attack, a team of possessed football players, and her first trip to Limbo. Now she has to prove that Mr Ransom is the dark necromancer before he topples the rules of the living and the dead. But then she discovers there is something else haunting the halls of Milltown High School, something with a sadistic side, something that has placed Constance's best friend at the center of its unwanted affection. To save those she cares about, Constance must forge her own path as a necromancer and embrace the shadows that have plagued her. But will it be enough

I may be 31 but I have to say I really enjoy some of the young adult authors for the main reason of some of the greatest supernatural or sci-fi novels come out of it.

This is no exception this was an absolutely amazing story to read the first in a two part book so far. I really do hope this author does more she is really an amazing writer and i loved every bit of this book.

Constance is a great character she goes from just trying to survive high school and get through her senior year as a 17 year old to finding out she is a necromancer and has to save her entire school.

I love this author and cannot wait for more from her.

I may be 31 but I have to say I really enjoy some of the young adult authors for the main reason of some of the greatest supernatural or sci-fi novels come out of it.

In this second installment of this series Constance is still fighting things from the supernatural side of her life. Its full of mystery where she has to play detective and find out about another necromancer and prove her suspision along with a sinister evil lurking in the halls at school.

I love this author and cannot wait for more from her.

Away from her writing, Annie is the mother of the three most adorable girls in the world, has the best husband in the world, and lives in the hottest place in the world (not really, but Phoenix sure feels like it).
