REVIEW: Novus (The Cresecren Cronicles) By Crystal Marcos

Seventeen-year-old Cayden expected to live out his days with the dysfunctional Human family he was assigned to serve. One fateful night, however, landed him in Gavaron, the home of maimed, elderly, or defiant.

Beyond its borders is the Den, an area much more dangerous than Cayden ever imagined. He unwittingly becomes involved in a conspiracy and is one of a handful of survivors fleeing a deadly attack.

They set off on a perilous journey in search of refuge and the truth. Along the way, Cayden begins to comprehend the difference between fully living and merely surviving, while trying to balance his emotions and a forbidden love.

Now I personally love any fantasy type storyline for books. It just pulls you into the story and takes you to a different reality. This book doesn't cheat you of that by any means. And to top it off it hits on a lot of problems or issues teens may come upon in their lives. Crazy emotions they don't know how to deal with, a love they know they shouldn't pursue but do so anyways. And add to that this amazing fantasy world Cayden gets landed into. It all makes for one wonderful novel.

A must read for any young adult or teen. Love this authors writing style. It appeals to not just teens and young adults but us fully grown adults as well.
I cant wait for more from this author.
