When I first met Dominic Snow, he literally saved me from

falling. I never dreamed I'd end up working for him. And I

certainly didn't plan on falling in love with him. We were an

unlikely couple, far from conventional in his social circles,

but I always assumed that if we'd made it through those first

couple months, nothing could break us apart.

Twenty-one year-old Aleena Davison has it all. A job she

loves and that pays well. An amazing, gorgeous man who

happens to be rich and everything she could ever want in a

lover.
She's put up with a lot to keep this life, but what she faces

now might be too much. Can she and Dominic get through it, or

will their fairy tale come crashing down around them?

oh my oh my just such an amazing book.Such amazingly gorgous

characters mixed with erotic sex scenes and add to that the

constant twists and turns in the story that constantly keep

you on your toes. I love it.

I just couldnt put it down.Wonderful amazing storyline.

Mystery, intrique. I kept trying to figure out who was behind

the lies and scare tactics but I was wrong.

The things you find out about Aleena and Dominic and what

they both have had to go through and deal with in their

lives.

Aleena is such a strong beautiful woman who struggles with

being half black half white and never accepted in either

world. Add to that being accepted into Dominic's rich

lifestyle.

Dominic struggles with secrets he learns and finds out about

himself.A truth about his past and the family he grew up with

and his biological family. Sometimes its just too much to

bear for him. He holds the weight of the world on his

shoulders. How long before he breaks? Do you know?

One of them makes a choice that breaks both of their

hearts. It made me cry when I read it

I absolutely love this author she is amazing. I am always

glued to her books. This book really hit home with what

dominic went through as a kid. Its amazing so much raw

emotion and raw passion.

REVIEW:A Wicked Kiss By M.S. Parker

There were three men in this world I thought I could trust and two of them had just betrayed me. Everything I'd thought I'd known about my life, about the people I loved, all of it was gone. I found myself staring at a pack of lies with no idea just how deep they went.

When twenty-six year-old Shae Lockwood is widowed after a horrible accident, she thinks that things can't get any worse. The one person who is there for her through it all is her late husband's best friend, Jasper Whitehall. Kind and compassionate, Jasper is exactly what she needs...until she discovers that Jasper is hiding more than one dark secret.

Don't miss the second installment from best-selling author M.S. Parker's erotic Wicked suspense series.

REVIEW: Marrying Christopher By Michele Paige Holmes

Having seen both his sisters Grace and Helen happily married, Christopher Thatcher is free to pursue his dream of life in America. With adventure in his heart and mind, he boards one of the first steamships set to cross the Atlantic in the record breaking time of only twenty-five days. Within the first two of those, his resolve—to avoid women and the complications they often bring to a man’s life—falters when he meets Marsali Abbott, a young woman with a past even more troubling than his own. Whether from years of habit protecting his sisters, or simply because he feels drawn to Marsali, Christopher chooses to help her and becomes her friend. As the truth about what awaits Marsali in America becomes evident, he is faced with a more difficult choice, one that will impact their lives far beyond four weeks together at sea.

I'm excited to be part of the blog tour for Marrying Christopher by Michele Paige Holmes. I've really enjoyed the other two books in the series and this one wraps it up nicely.

Little brother Christopher has spent his life trying to protect his older sisters.  Now that they are both happily married and settled, he's going to strike out on his own and hopefully bring some pride to the Thatcher name.  He books passage on a ship to America and stubbornly refuses to take any money from his sisters. He's going to make his own way, hopefully be able to work and maybe even own some land he can farm. He finally has some of the freedom he's dreamed of.

Until he meets Marsali Abbott.  Marsali is fleeing an abusive situation and gets on the same ship as Christopher. Unfortunately, she's not sailing toward freedom, but toward a four year indenture, and with that in mind, she decides to enjoy the few weeks to herself on the ship.  Things get even more complicated, though, when Marsali gets to know Christopher.  His kindness draws her to him, but her own growing feelings keeps her wanting to be near.  But she's an indentured servant and would never want him to sacrifice his dreams for her, even when she finally realizes exactly what awaits her when they dock in America.

This historical romance totally swept me away. The shipboard scenes were especially well done and I thought the author did a great job with her research because the little details she included really made it feel real.  I loved Marsali's strength and how she was still vulnerable when it came to her life decisions.  Christopher, though, was a swoon-worthy hero and I loved his character.  Their love story was even better because there were a lot of unexpected twists and turns on the journey which kept me turning pages. The ending was totally worth waiting for .

Michele Paige Holmes is one of the most amazing Historical romance authors ive ever read. I absolutely adore her novels. I was sad to see this series end but so excited with how it did.

Michele Paige Holmes spent her childhood and youth in Arizona and northern California, often curled up with a good book instead of out enjoying the sunshine. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Elementary Education, and found it an excellent major in which to indulge her love of children's literature.

Her first novel, COUNTING STARS (Covenant Communications 2007), won the 2007 Whitney Award for best romance. The sequel, a romantic suspense titled, ALL THE STARS IN HEAVEN (Covenant 2009), was a Whitney finalist, as was her first historical romance, CAPTIVE HEART (Covenant 2011). MY LUCKY STARS (Covenant 2012) completed the Stars series.

In October 2014 Michele launched the Hearthfire historical romance line with the publication of SAVING GRACE (Mirror Press 2014). The companion novel, LOVING HELEN (Mirror Press 2015) was released in February 2015. A third book about this same family, MARRYING CHRISTOPHER, will be published in summer 2015, with another historical to follow later this year.

Michele has been a member of the same critique group for over fifteen years and feels that joining a critique group is the single best thing an author can to do help improve his or her writing. REVIEW: The LeKrista Scott,Vampire Hunted Series (Book 1-3) By Tyfanni Clark Kemp

LeKrista Scott has killed a vampire, and now his lover wants revenge. After months of watching her from the shadows, Lucretious, a millennia old vampire, finally makes his attack during a party thrown by his maker, Roman - a party where Roman proclaims his protection over LeKrista. Roman steps in and saves her life, but not before she deals Lucretious the true death in front of his lover, Perdita. Now LeKrista is running for her life and Roman is trying to save it, but she's not sure if he really cares or if he has some underhanded reason for keeping her alive. She seeks help from Mages but they refuse to help her, even though she exhibits high potential as a Mage herself. In a last ditch effort, Roman whisks LeKrista away, but Perdita finds them. LeKrista must eliminate Perdita one way or another.

I remember feeling wowed after seeing the cover for Scorned and reading the synopsis. I had to find out how LeKrista killed a vampire and what chain of events that would set off, especially with the vampire's lover hell-bent on revenge.

LeKrista is a character who was for the most part likable and strong. She was brave even with all of the danger surrounding her and is the type to not go down without a fight, which saves her life time and again. I think she's interesting and intelligent, and I wanted more background on her before jumping into the action.

I wasn't too sure of her relationship with Pierce - I wanted to like him but found him to be strange and not quite deserving of LeKrista's love. There was something about him I didn't trust; it was more of a feeling rather than something I could specifically point out.

Scorned is packed with a lot of action, and the twists and turns kept me guessing. I liked the story and the direction it took. I wanted to give Scorned at least one more star but couldn't because LeKrista passed out too many times to be believable, and I was confused with what was going on in the story at times. I needed things to be more clear, and a lot of action was skipped over during the times LeKrista was unconscious.

LeKrista Scott survived three separate vampire attacks, almost drowned, and turned down her boyfriend's proposal. What else could possibly go wrong?

Apparently, if it's not one thing, it's another. Lizette, a brand new vampire with a grudge, blames LeKrista for being turned into a monster. In retaliation, she decides to go straight for the throat, so to speak, and attack LK's ailing mother at her rest home. LeKrista enlists the help of her "vampire liason" Roman, but it could never be that easy. Not for her.

A daywalker, a born vampire who can walk in the sun, has been hired by the head of the Vampire Council to collect LeKrista and the debt she owes him. As payment, her great great aunt is taken. Once again, the Mages refuse to help, so what is a girl to do, but rescue her family herself?

With her back against the wall, LeKrista will rise up stronger and teach the preternatural world to fear the Vampire Hunted.

Oh boy this book is amazing. Fights with other new vampires. Struggles with her new life and her new family. Her fight against her self and her previous family and protecting them from her new family.

Amazingly written story as always. LeKrista is a strong and powerful  character that has such a vulnerable side to her as she struggles with her new life and the new world she has been thrown into.

Roman is so mysterious, yummy and sexy. But he seems so evil and manipulative that i want to strange him. If only that would kill him. haha.

LeKrista never thought Roman would kidnap her, but it seems there's no depth to which he won't stoop. She's stuck in a fortress in the middle of only God knows where with no way to contact her family or her new fiance and let them know she's alright.

To add insult to injury, Roman has brought her arch nemesis to keep her company. Forced to make friends with Eddy, the man who has made her life miserable for years, she bides her time until a rescue can be arranged.

But unrealized feelings for her vampire captor make things complicated. Or perhaps it's Stockholm Syndrome. She can't really be sure.

Just to make matters worse, the vampires are ready to go through with their plan to rule the world with an iron fang, and once again, she's caught in the middle of the war for power. The truth of her involvement is becoming clear, but she may lose more than her freedom in her quest to stop the the powerful undead on her own.

i am really hoping there will be a 4th book. This one had me on the edge of my seat.FUll of suprizes and intrigue I couldnt put this book down. It was amazing.

Tyffani Clark Kemp is such an amazing author and she always creates such strong elaborate stories and characters. She is one of my favorite Authors. I am constantly excited to read a book of hers.

LeKrista is such a vulnerable character. Like she needs protection. I love her absolutely love this character.

Oh my Roman he is well seductive, gorgous, alluring and oh so yummy. His mysterious personality could drive a girl crazy.

Tyffani Clark Kemp might be the quietest person in the room, but that just means she’s probably the biggest freak too. She is a multi-genre author with a gift for the written word and a desire to help all Indies reach their full potential. In 2012, she and her best friend Kimberly Fudge started SideStreet Cookie Publishing for authors who want to remain independent, but don’t have the time or the knowledge to do it all themselves. From the age of eleven she dedicated her life to writing and making sure she was good at her craft. Now, she passes that knowledge on to others. Her friends would describe her as determined and giving. She may be quite, but she always has a story to tell.
