Review: The Man Without Rules By Tyffani Clark Kemp

Sebastian Boa defies all the rules. There isn't a woman who doesn't want the notoriety of being in his bed. When he crosses paths with Mariss Red at one of his clubs, his interest is quickly piqued, and he sets out to make a play for the confident beauty. But Mariss is married, and she has no desire to lose what she loves for a one night stand with the indulgent playboy.

When an attempt is made on Mariss' life, Sebastian rushes to her side. Those closest to him know that it's only a matter of time before his new infatuation causes him to crash and burn.

For a man who lives on the edge, the Rules of the chase become clear at the start. If he wants to win Mariss, he will have to play on her turf. Boundaries and all. The harder Sebastian tries, the more Mariss refuses, and the harder it gets to keep his control. The Man Without Rules finds himself changing to be worthy of the one woman who has ever told him no.
Sebastian Boa is a male model, actually hes a male SUPER Model. Hes basically sexy on a stick or is it with a stick I dont fecking know. He knows the effect he has on women and uses it to his advantage. He uses them like tissues. Well except for Helena (to an extent). She is basically his right hand, she’s always ready for him. Yeah, they have an interesting dynamic.

Sebastian has his eye set on a married woman.. Mariss Red (Scandalous I know. But give it a chance or give my review a chance.) And when she and her husband Holden walk into Sebastians swingers club well he is more than accommodating especially when he hears they are looking for a third. With that beind said I feel I must say this book isnt about cheating clearly as I just explained to you this was a decision made by all parties. We are all grown here folks. Mariss and Holden have an open relationship when it comes to Sebastian. There are rules. Also in case you missed the on on this one its Erotica. A very well written erotica but we will get back to that.
Sebastian develops feelings and that causes some problems. Although to be honest there really is a lot of issues. Open relationships can be messy. The Man Without Rules is surprisingly full of drama just when you think Kemp was going to give her characters a break HAHA jokes on you shes not. I may have yelled at her a few times while reading I even tried to coax some info from her to no avail.
Personally, I could’ve used more sexy time. But hell its a series and blow their load too early right? Again I felt the writing was wonderful. And the story was strong. At first I wanted to peg Boa an asshole. His attitute, and cockyness. But slowly I started to understand and sympathize with him. I literally was captivated with the book. And I pouted a bit when it was over. Can the next book just be out yet?!

Tyffani Clark Kemp has been writing since she discovered in the sixth grade that it wasn’t enough just to read about fantastic places, but she could create her own. She weaves small bits of herself into everything she writes whether it be a science fiction piece about aliens or a dramatic romance fraught with conflict and love. She lives in South Carolina with her family and her fluffy shii tzu-mix dog who thinks he’s a Saint Bernard.
