REVIEW: Royal Reaper Book 1 & 2 Dead Girl Walking & Forget Me Knot By Ruth Silver

Forget everything you know about grim reapers.

Princess Ophelia Dacre sneaks out of the castle to visit her boyfriend in secret. A perfect night cut short when she’s brutally murdered.

Ophelia is given the rare chance to become a grim reaper. She must become Leila Bele, cut ties with her old life, and follow the rules of the reapers. Her greatest adventure begins with death.

Don’t mess with death.

When Wynter explores his newly developed dark angel powers, regret soon fills his heart and mind. Saving a soul isn’t what he imagined it to be, and it puts the grim reaper he loves in grave danger.

Obligated to take the throne as Queen, Mara must face the truth and unravel secrets she may not be ready to accept.

The second book in the Royal Reaper saga takes you on a paranormal fantasy adventure into a world of grim reapers, dark angels, and undead trucidators.

Dead Girl Walking Royal Reaper Book # 1 Review

I wasnt sure about this book at first. It seemed like a very odd different story. But I quickly got addicted and wasnt able to put it down. I've never come across quite a story as this one. Princesses and royalty mixed with creatures like Grim Reapers and Dark Angels. Its a truly amazing read.
Ophelia is a Princess that dies because she sneaks out with a boy. At first I wasnt very happy with her character, but once she becomes a Reaper and befriends Wynter she really starts to grow up and is easy to relate to.
Now Wynter, he is that bad boy mixed with a good guy trying to do the right thing. I can honestly see his character in my head when reading about him. Thats how vivid my vision of that character is.
Ophelia or Leila as she is refered to in this book and Wynter have an amazing friendship that turns into what any person could want a supportive relationship.Even after the tragic death of the only boy she ever loved Larkin, she opens up to Wynter and their relationship blooms. even though there is a dark cloud hanging above it. Wynter finds himself in a predicament to help Leila save her sister from death and has to become a Dark Angel in the process.Him turning is what really gives their relationship the kick in the pants it needed.
I really enjoyed this story I dont care what anybody says if you enjoy fantasy novels with a supernatural kick to them. You will adore this book. A must read

Forget Me Knot Royal Reaper Book # 2 Review

I was completely enthralled by dead girl walking so much that i emediately started reading the seond book as soon as i was done with the first.I was so glued to this story. Leila and Wynter's story is an amazing one. How much they love and care for eachother. Even though they continuously get themselves and the people they love in trouble, and are always putting eachother in danger. They never stop caring.
In this next book. Leila takes such an amazing journey. She is suspended as a reaper and gets attacked and kidnapped by something Wynter had crossed.
Wynter does whatever it takes to get her back and save her life once its put in perrill once again.
Amazing end to this two book series. I personally would love to see more about the stories of Juliana and Edon and of course Violetta and Jasper that has got to make a great love story. jasper fights for her for so long and when they finally do get together its such a secret in these two books. Excited for more books from this author. She is a truly amazing author.
